Cancellation and advance payment conditions
Right of withdrawal
Flexible – 7 days (General)
The customer may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. The customer will have to pay the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 7 days before the arrival date. If the customer does not show up, they will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
We will charge the customer the total amount of the advance payment when making the reservation and will refund it in case of cancellation within the free cancellation period.
Non-refundable
The customer will have to pay the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. We will charge the customer the total amount of the advance payment at the time of booking.
Partially refundable (Special conditions for groups of 3+ rooms)
The customer will have to pay 50% of the total price if they cancel after making the reservation. 50% of the reservation will be refunded if cancelled up to 28 days before arrival.
We will charge the customer the total amount of the advance payment at the time of booking.
Exceptions for changes and cancellations
Grace period
No charges will be made for bookings cancelled within 4 hours of making the booking.
Children and extra beds
Conditions for stays with children
Children are not allowed.
Extra bed and cot options
Extra beds and cots are not allowed.
